TTA operates like any other business – which means we are open for business 50 weeks a year.

TTA has been developed so that it is self-sufficient when it comes to training and assessment with its own team of experienced assessors in house. We are not reliant on any other teaching establishments such as further education colleges to carry out assessments or examinations for our students.

4041 – This is the company that provides our Building Engineering Services and construction trainees with live experience, for example by installing domestic heating systems, kitchens and bathrooms, undertaking gas servicing maintenance and repair, or through general construction projects for charities or property owners, carrying out a wide range of projects such as laying pathways, or undertaking brickwork, walling, painting and decorating. @41 – Our Hair & Beauty students gain live experience in a fully equipped salon with members of the public who benefit from high quality hairdressing and beauty treatments at a much lower cost than normal high street prices.

Both companies offer their services at a fraction of the usual price as a way of providing comprehensive hands-on experience for the trainees who are employed in them, but importantly, all work is supervised by full qualified tradesmen and women, most of whom are highly experienced, previous business owners or “off the tools” themselves, so they know what they’re talking about.
